On 1st July 2020 and braving the rain, Rae Beckwith, RHS Judge and lupin breeder delivered some specimens of the Marmalade lupin to Jane Hasell-McCosh of Dalemain. After the lupins were handed over we were given a privileged tour of the garden which will soon be open to the public following the COVID-19 lockdown. During this three months the gardens have been maintained by the family, but in the next few days some of the volunteers will return to help with essential maintenance, such as dead heading.
