Louise Postlethwaite is thrilled to announce that Dane Ghyll school gardens have now received the Royal Horticultural Society awards up to their highest and final level 5 .
The school gardens are a huge part of the schools curriculum with all children gardening from age 2 to 11 years. Receiving these national awards is an incredible achievement .
We have a plaque on the wall at the front of the school and 5 certificates, one for each level. We also received beautiful gardening books and seeds to plant.
Well done to everyone involved with the gardens at Dane Ghyll Primary and Nursery School.
